QuickTime VR™ panoramas have been used for virtual visits since its
introduction 1995. We already photographed panoramas
in the Cologne cathedral ten years ago. We programmed an interactive
walkthrough inside the cathedral. In the context of a Shockwave application
one could
click at the cathedral's floorplan in order to select the
individual locations.
Our current technology is the Flash krpano viewer that gives a maximum in flexibility and quality.
The representation of interiors together with the changeable
viewpoints under open sky within virtual visits on the internet or
on DVD-
or CD-ROMs give an eye-catching and realistic conception of spaces and rooms
to the users.
